Rev. Debbie Johnson first became connected with Home United Church during a period of collaboration with North Bramalea United Church, where she was serving at the time. When the collaboration concluded, she maintained her ties to Home Church, and after her retirement, became a Voluntary Associate Minister (VAM) at both Home Church and North Bramalea.

Rev. Debbie served as Pastoral Charge Supervisor for Home Church until the appointment of Rev. Grant and continues to offer leadership within the congregation. She also took on the role of preparing the weekly Connections newsletter after Joyce George-Knight stepped down.
